Soft Life helps organise reminders and plans. Cards lets you compose digital greetings using available landscapes, animals, decorations, frames, stamps and preset messages, and share them through a link. Both products can use one account. Cards are not automatically sent by email or post.

The current version is free. The pack area is a preview with free unlocks; no payment obligation or subscription is created. Future paid offers require a separate express order and terms disclosed in advance. A free unlock is not a purchase of a future offer.

An account is required for saved content. Use an email address you are entitled to access and protect your credentials. Report suspected unauthorised access promptly. Minors require their legal representative’s consent where required by law. Registration does not grant administrator rights.

Finalising a card creates a fixed version. Anyone with its sharing link can open it without signing in and pass the link on. Finished cards may be copied to continue designing. Sharing links can be revoked; this does not recall screenshots already taken. “Viewed” records a technical opening and does not establish who read the card.

You may use the design elements within the service to create personal cards and share their links. Unlawful or harassing use, access to other people’s accounts, circumventing access controls, deliberately overloading the service and separately reselling the artwork files are prohibited. Uses permitted by law remain unaffected. You retain rights to your own planner text; we process it only as needed to provide and secure the service and perform your chosen functions.

The application is being developed. Maintenance and faults may temporarily affect availability. CozyMals is not an emergency or safety-critical reminder system. Keep an additional backup for particularly important dates. Statutory rights concerning defects, necessary updates and unlawful changes remain unaffected. Where possible, we give advance notice of substantial restrictions.

You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion at contact@cozymals.com. Serious or repeated breaches may lead to proportionate restrictions or termination following an appropriate review. Where reasonable, you will first have an opportunity to respond or remedy the situation. Immediate risks may require immediate action. Mandatory retention duties remain unaffected.

Statutory liability rules apply. In particular, these terms do not restrict liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, guarantees assumed or mandatory statutory claims. No blanket disclaimer of liability is agreed for the free version.

The privacy notice explains data processing. German law applies while preserving mandatory consumer protections in your country of habitual residence. Statutory places of jurisdiction remain unaffected. Amendments to these terms require a valid agreement; silence is not consent. We are neither required nor willing to participate in proceedings before a consumer arbitration body.
